Ingredients you need for the waffle batter:
- 2 eggs
- 3 table spoons of cream cheese.
- 1 table spoon of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon of stevia for a sweet taste (optional)
Add eggs and cheese to a blender or nutri bullet.
Pour blended mix into waffle iron.
Makes 5 Waffles.
I ate 3 waffle with the melted butter and stevia on top.
Used the last 2 waffle to make the Keto Ham and cheese toasted waffle sandwich!
- 1 slice of ham and a thick slice of cheese and melt in a pan or under the grill.
