My Chocolate, coconut & chia seeds protein smoothie

Ingredients:

2 x cups of ice

1 x cup of full fat milk (or almond milk) if you cant have dairy replace this with water.

1 x heaped teaspoon of organic cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 x tablespoon of coconut oil

1 table spoon of shredded coconut (for garnish)

1 teaspoon of chia seeds (for garnish)

1/2 x  teaspoon of pink salt

Blend all together and drink cold – adding the shredded coconut and chia seeds on top.
