Of course when changing your diet and lifestyle your body will go through many changes, getting rid of bad toxins in your systems, change of taste and smell, different food intake and of course craving things you once had.

I know I for one have said many times “hmm Im craving sugar I wonder why.” Or “Im craving pasta! Why is this?”
If you are craving food on the keto diet and it food that is not on the green list, its OK there is a reason for this, so dont jump off the wagon and go eat a whole tub of cookies and cream ice cream!
When you are craving something its totally normally, its just your body’s way of telling you it needs a nutrient.
When thinking “hmm chocolate.. chocolate I NEED CHOCOLATE!” Dont ignore it and starve yourself crazy, check out this table below. As you can see your body is actually telling you it needs Magnesium. So you can fill this craving by having a small amount of nuts and seeds.
